If you love modern comfort food, uncomplicated yet inventive cuisine, and a good cocktail, look no further than Paula Naumcheff.  A Huntsville native with experience in the restaurant business in Memphis, TN, Paula’s recipes are based on years of professional and home cooking experience.   In this episode, we talk about her family including her Father who came to to work at Marshall Space Flight Center in 1958.  Additionally, we explore the ups and downs of being a restaurant owner in the Memphis area and the great joy and satisfaction that that brought to Paula.
