#047 How to Be A Great Boss

In this episode I share some insights I gained along the way on how to be a great boss. This is a moving target. I hope that I am always improving in everything that I do. As a small business owner who is in a growth stage, I see several entrepreneurs struggle with this very topic, so I thought I'd share my experiences and a bit of what I learned along the way.

Being the boss is never easy, there are always tough decisions to make and you become the accountability 'police'. This is another thing that makes entrepreneurship a lonely place to be. But I wouldn't trade my life for anything in the world!! I hope this can help you in some small way as you navigate this aspect of business ownership.
